Standard #: 8VAC20-800-320-G Description: Based on observation and interview, it was determined that a wood burning fire place and associated chimney had not been inspected annually. An interview revealed that it had been several years since the fireplace was last inspected. There was no documentation provided to show the last inspection date. Plan of Correction: I will either get the fireplace inspected or I will permanently blocked the fireplace off so there is no questions regarding its use.
