Discussion that the renewal of the CPS check that is going to expire next month for Staff #2 was already requested and the FDH is awaiting the new documentation.

This monitoring inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 08/26/2022, between the hours of 10 am to 11:30 am. There were 9 children present (23 points), ranging from infant to preschool-age, with 3 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of (9) children records, (2) household records, and (4) staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
