An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 11:30am-12:25pm. There were 4 children (12 points) in the direct care and supervision of 2 staff. A sample of 4 children?s records, 2 Caregiver's records and 2 household member's records were reviewed. The children were observed singing and engaged in an playtime with the caregivers. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the provider.
