Technical Assistance:
Consultation was given on obtaining on-line training hours and looking at the Professional Development tab on the Licensing website childcareva.com.

Be sure children are staggered when resting to give maximum space in the sleeping room and help prevent the spread of germs.

The provider must conduct an evacuation drill each month in addition to the SIP drill.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted. Twelve children were present with two caregivers for twenty four points which is within ratios for supervision. Observed am snack (Fruit and vegetables), free play and transition to the classroom. Reviewed two children's records, assistant record, medication (no medication on-site), emergency preparation and physical space. Dedicated space on the lower level of the home with 3 rooms in use as well as an outside play area. A Russian language focus is part of the curriculum taught to children in care. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
