Technical assistance was offered related to parent information forms, outdoor play.
- Comments:

A complaint inspection was initiated and concluded on 10/28/22. A complaint was received by the department regarding allegations in the areas of supervision, outdoor play and the family day home's attendance policies and procedures. 3 caregivers were interviewed, and one child's record was reviewed. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law.
