Violations:
Standard #: 8VAC20-800-570-A
Description: The Provider did not ensure that they did not exceed 16 points by using the point system to determine if an additional caregiver is needed. Evidence: Upon the arrival of the Licensing Inspector, the Provider was present with 10 children, equaling 30 points, for approximately 15 minutes before another caregiver arrived.

Plan of Correction: The second caregiver left the facility before the arrival of the third caregiver (who was on their way to provide coverage). In the future, we will ensure the second caregiver does not leave before the other caregiver arrives.
