An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today between the hours of 9:45 am through 11:00 am. There were a total of 12 children (34 points) observed with three caregivers. A total of five children's files and five staff/household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: toy play, coloring, dancing, diaper changing, lunch, hand washing, and other organized activities. There were no violations cited this date.
