Standard #: 8VAC20-800-280 Description: Based on observation, the provider did not ensure potentially poisonous substances, materials and supplies such as, but not limited to, cleaning agents, disinfectants, deodorizers, plant care chemicals, pesticides, and petroleum distillates were stored away from food in areas inaccessible to children. Evidence: 1. A bottle of Once and Done Resilient Floor Cleaner was stored on the counter next to the sink in the bathroom accessible to children. Plan of Correction: Floor cleaner was removed from the bathroom counter during the inspection.
