An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was completed on 9/24/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:50am and ended at 12:30pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 46 children present with 9 staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records, and nine staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable code sections, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 22.1-289.035-A Description: The center is required to have employees undergo a background check every five years. The most recent central registry check for staff #3 was overdue by two years and six months. Plan of Correction: Staff member will make appt and have fingerprint check completed.
