An announced inspection was conducted 01/03/2023 from approximately 3:15 p.m. - 3:45 p.m. based on the request of licensee to increase the licensed age range to serve 6 month old - 12 years 11 months in the family day home. The physical plant and infant furnishings were inspected and found to be appropriate to serve infants.
