A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 1/13/2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 12:35pm-1:30pm. There was 1 child (2 points) directly supervised by the provider. The home, 1 staff record, 5 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. The child in care was observed reading books. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy regulations that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The physical space, vendor and caregiver training certificates, allergy action plans, emergency drills, emergency reunification procedures, children's records and attendance records were reviewed. Required documents were posted. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the Violation Notice.
