Standard #: 8VAC20-800-280
Description: Based on observation, the provider did not ensure poisonous substances were inaccessible to children. Evidence: Near the diaper changing area, a bottle of disinfecting spray was left on the counter.

Plan of Correction: The bottle was secured during the inspection. The provider stated that cleaning supplies are usually stored in a locked area but it was left out because she hadn't completed cleaning when she was called away.
