Technical Assistance:
Discussed with vendor: -Family eating style for children in care. - advised the flat screen TV in family room be anchored into the wall if the space was going to be used by children in care. -Gates for stairs if children under 2 years of age are in care. -Requirements for all children in care to have required information. -Transportation of children into care by vendor by a third party. -Use of Authorization for emergency medical Treatment form.

Comments:
An announced initial subsidy inspection was conducted today from 10:00 am- 1:20 pm. There were no children in care at the time of the inspection. The vendors home, a sample of child information forms and household member information were inspected. Emergency Preparedness planning, drills and supplies were also reviewed. Expectations regarding supervision, hand washing and diapering routines were also reviewed. There were no violations cited.
