An unannounced renewal study was conducted from 2:50pm - 4:20pm. There were 31 students being supervised by 4 staff members. The children were observed in outdoor play, cooperative games, homework activities and snack. Snack served today was apples, animal crackers and water. Four children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Three staff records were reviewed. The first aid kit, flashlight, and radio were reviewed and in compliance. The last fire inspection was conducted 9/18/2014 and the last health inspection was conducted 12/31/2014. The last fire drill was conducted on 11/3/14 and the last shelter in place drill was conducted 12/1/14. There are currently three staff members certified in CPR and First Aid. There is currently one staff person certified in MAT (Medication Administration Training). There are currently no children being administered medication in the facility at this time.
