An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 6/4/2024 from 11:15 am-12:40 pm. There were 9 children supervised by 3 direct caregivers. The home, 3 caregivers' records, 6 children?s records, evacuation drills, and policies were inspected. Children were observed engaging freely. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Please submit your plan of correction within 5 business days for it to be included on the website. Evidence: A container of Clorox wipes was found on the children's kitchen playset next to the front door accessible to children.Plan of Correction: Will move objects to a safe location to avoid risk.
Standard #: 8VAC20-800-320-A Description: REPEAT VIOLATION
Based on observation, small electrical appliances were not unplugged when not being used.
Evidence: A toaster and electric kettle were observed plugged in when not in use.Plan of Correction: Will double-check to avoid plugged electrical appliances.
