An announced, on-site non-mandate monitoring inspection was initiated on July 29, 2024 to measure the distance from the outside swing set to the fence. The inspector questioned the distance during the 7/25/2024 inspection and after consultation from administration, the inspector returned to measure the distance. The on-site inspection began at 9:05 am and ended at 9:15 am. The inspector measured the distance of the middle swing set beam where the swings hang to the fence. The measurements were taken looking at the swing set from the left and right side of the middle beam to the fence. Both measured exactly 6 feet.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. The swing set does not need to be moved.
