A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on today to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
Please submit your plan of correction within five business days in order for it to be included on the public website.

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-430-A-3 Description: Lockdown procedures shall be practiced at least annually. No lockdown drill has been documented. Plan of Correction: Along with fire drills we will begin the lockdown procedures in September and again in March.
