Technical Assistance:
Discussed with the Director: Making sanitizing solution in the kitchen rather than in the classrooms. Supplies in most classrooms,.

Comments:
Unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted to review health/safety, medication, ratios and supervision. The inspection began at 9:30 and ended at 12:30. there were 53 children present. All classrooms were in appropriate ratio. There were no medications on site today. Staff and children's files will be reviewed at the next inspection. Standard #: 22VAC40-185-280-G
Description: Based on observation, it was determined that the cleaning supplies were not labeled with contents and date made. Evidence: The sanitizing solution and the soap and water containers in the following classrooms were not labeled with the contents and/or dates: PreK A and B; 3's - unlocked; Infant A, B and C; and Toddlers.

Plan of Correction: Teachers will all be retrained to make and label both containers daily.
