Comments:
A complaint investigation was initiated on 8/13/15 and completed on 9/3/15 regarding an allegation of insufficient staffing and insufficient measures for preventing the spread of disease. The licensing inspector conducted unannounced complaint inspections in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 7/29/15. Staffing was observed and interviews were conducted regarding procedures for notifying parents, hand-washing, cleaning materials, cleaning and sanitizing procedures and communication with the health department. The information gathered from observations, record reviews and interviews with staff, during the unannounced inspections, does not support the allegation. The complaint is determined not valid. There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation. These issues will continue to be inspected at upcoming routine monitoring visits.
