An unannounced non-mandated monitoring inspection was conducted today from 11:40am through 12:05pm in response to the provider?s request to modify the license to increase capacity from four to nine children. There were no children present with the provider at the time of inspection. The physical plant, family day home equipment and materials and documentation was observed. There is adequate space and equipment for the provider to care for the requested capacity of nine children. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
