Comments:
Conducted a unannounced monitoring inspection. Observed 55 children + 7 direct-care staff. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. Additional staff were available to assist in classrooms as needed. Children were having outdoor free-play, and preparing to take naps during the inspection. Staff were actively engaged with the children and activities. Classrooms were found to be clean, safeguarded appropriately, and well supplied with equipment for the children. The outdoor playground was closed due to tree cutting, and children were playing in other grass areas surrounding the school. Children have the option of packing lunch or buying lunch from a catering company. Medication management was in compliance. Record keeping was in good order. No violations found. Inspection completed 12:40-1:50pm.
