A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI. The on-site inspection began at 12:25pm and ended at 1:15pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 3 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 6. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 caregiver/household member records on-site on 10/10/2024. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
