Comments:
A staff record review was conducted on October 13, 2015 at the main office and an unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 11:30 A.M. until 1:00 P.M on October 22, 2015 at Agnor-Hurt Elementary School. At the time of the entrance, 18 children were in care with two staff members present. The sample size consisted of three children's records and two staff records. Children and staff were observed engaged in free indoor play, clean-up, group educational and during bathroom break, hand washing, lunch, and nap. Staff were observed during transition and behavioral management. During circle time children discussed a story that was read the previous day to retail the story based on what they remembered and the pictures. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the violation notice. If you have questions or concerns contact the licensing office at (540) 292-5933 for further assistance.
