Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was done today October 22, 2015 beginning at 11:15 AM and ending at 4:00 PM. There were 184 children present today during the inspection. The children were observed during lunch, nap, afternoon snack and dismissal. They were also observed in the classrooms. The medications were reviewed as well as the outside play area. The inspector also reviewed staff and children's files. The inspector discussed the violation cited today as well as corrective action. A new Executive Director has been hired due to the retirement of the previous ED. If you have any questions, please contact the inspector at 540-309-2835.

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-40-A
Description: Based on observation the center had failed to post the most recent violation notice as required in General Procedures. Evidence: 1. During the inspection the LI viewed the most recent violation notice and it was the inspection prior to the last inspection which had been conducted on 4/23/15.

Plan of Correction: The director indicated she will post the violations from the current inspection as soon as the results are received.
