A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-180-B Description: Providers must keep a written record of children in attendance each day that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs. The provider did not document the arrival and departure on November 6, 2024. Plan of Correction: I will write the time the children arrive and leave each day.
Standard #: 8VAC20-790-440-E Description: Tables must be cleaned and sanitized before each use for feeding. The provider served a snack without cleaning and sanitizing the table prior. Plan of Correction: I will clean and sanitize the table before feeding the children anything.
