A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-250-F Description: Caregivers who work directly with children shall annually attend at least 16 hours of training, to include the department's health and safety update course.
Caregiver #1 does not have documentation for taking the annual health and safety update training.Plan of Correction: The caregiver will take the training prior to coming back from being out of the country.
