An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated today at 10:30am. The physical plant, 4 staff files, 4 children's files, annual fire inspection, caregiver training, children's activities, emergency procedures, drills and supplies were inspected today. There were 9 children under the supervision of 3 staff. During the inspection, children were observed playing musical chairs, cleaning up for and eating snack and interacting with their peers and teachers. The interactions between the children and staff were seen to be positive and constructive in nature. Today, the children were served bagels with cream cheese, apples and water for snack. There are no children with any medication needs during program hours at this time. The playground area was not inspected today due to weather conditions. Evidence 1. Staff #2's most recent sworn disclosure statement was last completed on 8/28/12. Plan of Correction: Staff #2 will complete this again.
