During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 12/11/2024 and completed on 12/11/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:10 am and ended at 10:58 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 2 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 5. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 4 caregiver/household member(s) records on-site. This inspection included document review, a tour of the home, interviews, and observations.

Standard #: 8VAC20-800-400-A Description: The temperature of all the inside areas occupied by children shall be maintained no lower than 65 degrees.
During the inspection, the temperature on the second level, which was occupied by children, was observed at 63 degrees.Plan of Correction: During the inspection, a technician was conducting the annual tune-up for the furnace. It was turned back on when he finished servicing the unit. (12/11/24)
