An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 12/16/2024 and completed on 12/16/2024 . The on-site inspection began at 10:17 am and ended at 12:21 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were four children present and one caregiver; the point total was 8. The inspector reviewed four children?s records and two caregivers records on-site on 12/16/2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
