Description: Based on observation and interview, the facility did not ensure children three years of age or younger were not offered foods that are considered potential choking hazards. Evidence: During the inspection, the licensing inspector observed lunch being served. Lunch consisted of hotdogs on a bun. The licensing inspector observed the Toddlers and Twos children eating uncut hotdogs that were placed in a bun. The licensing inspector asked the owner if the Toddlers and Two typically eat hotdogs uncut. The owner stated the hot dogs are typically cut when served in other meals but not when served on a regular hotdog bun. During the inspection, the owner took the hot dogs and cut them into smaller pieces.

Plan of Correction: Corrected during inspection.
