An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 1/9/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 12:00pm and ended at 12:40pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 11 children present including the provider's child and 3 caregivers; the point total was 27. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 4 caregiver/household members' records on-site.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
