An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 1/14/25, as a part of enforcement action. The Department issued a Final Order to deny the renewal application for licensure on 8/22/24, as a result of high-risk violations. The on-site inspection began at 12:35pm and ended at 1:00pm. The inspectors reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 7 children present and 1 caregiver; the point total was 14. The inspection included document review, tour of the daycare areas of the home and interviews.
