Comments:

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 01/14/2025 and completed on 01/14/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:12am and ended at 10:11am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were five children present and one caregiver; the point total was 13. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and one caregiver and one household member record on-site. This inspection included document review, and tour of the facility. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
