Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 1:00 to 2:00pm. Two afternoon preschool groups were in session. Ratios for both groups were found in compliance. The children were painting wreaths and candy canes, building with blocks, and playing with play dough. Medication procedures were reviewed, and staff with current MAT, first aid and CPR training were on site. Children's records were reviewed and found in order. Standard #: 22VAC40-185-510-E
Description: Based on observation, the inspector found that one non prescription medication for Child #1 was not labeled with the child's name, dosage amount or times to be given.

Plan of Correction: Name was written on medication box immediately. Dosage is per package directions. Medication returned to lock bag with paper work.
