Technical Assistance:
The inspectors printer was unable to print the inspection report at the time of the inspection an exit interview was conducted and the provider will be receiving a copy of the report as well as a copy to return to the inspector after the report is signed.

The vendor is present with 4 children in care and her own son, during this annual subsidy health and safety inspection. The vendor has 10 points today. The children were observed playing with toys and playing musical chairs as well as learning to play a little guitar during the inspection. . The provider provides food and today the children are eating oranges during the inspection and for lunch they will have pupusas and tortillas and beans and salad. The vendor does not transport the children, only in emergencies. , but does take them on walks in the neighborhood . Lots of toys to play with explore. Interaction between the vendor and children observed. This inspection was started at 10:50 and ended at 12:15. Please call me at 703-203-8659 if you have any questions regarding this inspection.

Description: Based on the review of the physical plant, it was determined that the vendor failed to keep cleaning supplies out of reach of the children in care, Evidence: During the inspection a bottle of laundry detergent were observed on the kitchen table, making the cleaner accessible to the children in care.

Plan of Correction: Removed during the inspection. I will make sure I lock up all cleaners after use.
