An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted today at approximately 11:00am - There was 1 child in care alone with vendor's live in children present, all directly supervised by the subsidy Vendor. The child was observed playing freely and interacting with vendor. The home, emergency supplies and plans were inspected. Children?s information and vendor records were also reviewed. Per Vendor, there were no medications on site. Area(s) of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice. Description: Based on request and review it was determined that a written hard copy record of daily attendance was not properly maintained. Evidence: During inspection vendor did not have a written attendance to reflect the children in care.

Description: Based on inspection of Family Day Home it was determined that all unused electrical outlets were not covered. Evidence: During inspection unused outlets were uncovered in the living area where care was provided.

Description: Based on conversation with vendor it was determined that a child under12 months of age was in crib with bumper pads. Evidence: During inspection the crib available that vendor stated was used by a child in care had bumper pads attached.
