Discussed the annual review of injuries and the injury prevention plan.
37 children present with 5 staff. Lots of activity this morning, children are making snow flakes, coloring, playing games, reading and playing with castles, trains and duplos. Lots of interaction between staff and children observed during the visit. The center has lots of supplies for the children to explore. This visit was started at 7:15 and ended at 8:30. Standard #: 22VAC40-185-70-A Description: Center failed to get emergency contact information for one staff. Evidence: Reviewed emergency contact information for staff , one staff staff B is missing emergency information. Plan of Correction: Filled out during the visit.
Standard #: 22VAC40-185-550-D Description: The center failed to conduct a November emergency drill. Evidence: Based on review of the emergency drill records , the center failed to conduct a drill for the month of November. Plan of Correction: We will make sure we have monthly fire drills.
