During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 1/23/25 and concluded on the same day., as a part of licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 13:00 and ended at 14:15. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 3 children present and 1 caregiver; the point total was 11. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 1 staff records as well as 2 household member records . This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 22.1-289.011-F Description: Documentation required by the superintendent shall be posted in a conspicuous palce on the licensed premises.
The most recent paperwork from the previous inspection is not posted.Plan of Correction: I will post the paperwork when I get it.
Standard #: 22.1-289.036-B-1 Description: Household members must have a sworn statement on file at the home of the provider.
Two household members do not have sworn statements on file. Household member A and B.Plan of Correction: I will request the background checks for them

The provider has not taken attendance for the last two days and does not have any record of
attendance from before the week of January 27th, 2025.Plan of Correction: I thought someone told me i could throw out attendance sheets at the end of the week. I will make sure I save them and that I take attendance every day.
Standard #: 8VAC20-800-90-A Description: The family day home shall obtain immunization records before the child attends the family day home.
The provider has a child in care who has been in care for 4 months and missing the Immunization records. Child 1Plan of Correction: I will ask the parent for the information
