Comments:

An unannounced on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on January 29, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:30am and ended at 10:45am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were four children present and one caregiver; the point total was 10. The inspector reviewed five children's records and five caregiver/household members records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the home, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
