Standard #: 22VAC40-185-570-B Complaint related: Yes Description: Based on the inspector's observations in the Tiny Tigers I infant classroom, the center failed to ensure a bottle fed infant who could not feed themself was held while being fed.
Evidence: The inspector observed an infant in a swing with a bottle propped on the tray of an activity bar that goes across the swing.
