Description: Based on the inspector's observations in the Tiny Tigers I infant classroom, the center failed to ensure a bottle fed infant who could not feed themself was held while being fed.

Evidence: The inspector observed an infant in a swing with a bottle propped on the tray of an activity bar that goes across the swing. The child's hands were completely off the bottle and when the bottle fell out of his mouth he was not able to place the bottle back in his mouth. Based on an interview with a staff member, the child was six months of age.

Plan of Correction: The PD will ensure training occurs with all staff involved with infant care regarding feeding infants.
