During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous
inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. If

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on January 31 2025 and completed on January 31 2025. The on-site inspection began at 1:15pm and ended at 2:15pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 5 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 10. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 4 caregiver/household members records on-site.
This inspection included document review, tour of the home, interviews and observation.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-800-760-A-1 Description: The following emergency supplies shall be in the family day home and wherever children are
in care: A first aid kit that contains at a minimum a First aid instructional manual.
The family day home first aid kit did not contain the first aid instruction manual.Plan of Correction: It was printed at the time of inspection and placed in the first aid kit.
