A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI.

The vendor must maintain a written hard copy record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs.
At 10:39 a.m. on 2/4/2025, there were seven children present but no attendance sheet was available to document the arrival of each child on the attendance record.Plan of Correction: Will make sure to have all attendance updated daily.

Caregivers are to complete the VDOE sponsored online orientation course within 90 days of hire.
Caregiver 1, who is working with children, has not yet completed this course which is overdue by four years and one month.Plan of Correction: Trainings will be complete and submitted.
