An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 02/10/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:45a.m. and ended at 12:15p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 8 children present and 3 caregivers; the point total was 30. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 3 caregivers records on-site. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-800-690-D Description: The diapering surface shall be cleaned and sanitized after each use.
Staff #2 was observed using a sanitizing wipe after changing a child's diaper and did not use soap and water and bleach and water.Plan of Correction: Provider discussed the proper technique of cleaning and sanitizing the diaper area with staff.
