One staff person is certified in Diabetes MAT training - please ensure at least one staff with this training is on site whenever this child is present.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with center director and center staff. There were 65 children present, ranging in age from 3 months to six years. The children were enjoying the outdoor playground, playing with age appropriate toys, and listening to teachers read books. One new staff file was reviewed and emergency medications for four children were reviewed - please see Supplemental Summary for missing items. The last health inspection was conducted 5/21/2015. The last fire inspection was conducted 3/11/2015. Reminder: please conduct a shelter in place drill this month.
