An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 02/24/2025 and completed on 02/24/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 7:20pm and ended at 8:30pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There was one child present and two caregivers; the point total was one. The inspector reviewed one child?s record and two caregivers' records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
