8VAC20-820 THE LICENSING PROCESS.
During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. If there were any serious injuries or fatalities related to a violation, the details will be included in the description of the violation.
- Violations:

Standard #: 8VAC20-800-510-A Description: A child shall be provided with an individual crib, cot, rest mat, or bed for resting or napping.
Child #1 was observed asleep in a bouncer seat inside of the crib.Plan of Correction: The child was having a hard time sleeping and we didn't want to disturb once asleep. Child was left in bouncer and put in crib so not to be disturbed by other children.
Going forward we will remove child from bouncer once asleep and place in crib.
Standard #: 8VAC20-800-570-A Description: The provider shall ensure that a caregiver does not exceed 16 points.
Caregiver #2 was observed with 5 children (19 points) upon the inspectors arrival.Plan of Correction: Caregiver #3 was on the premises but not in daycare area while all infants were sleeping in their cribs. We will ensure that the required number of caregivers are present in the child care area at all times.
