Comments:

An unannounced on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on March 13, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:45am and ended at 10:45am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 10 children present and 3 caregivers; the point total was 35. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and three caregiver/household members records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the home, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
