Comments:
Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced complaint inspection conducted on January 14, 2016 from 10:30 a.m. through 1:30 p.m. and January 19, 2016 from 2:00 p.m. through 2:20 p.m. The inspection was in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on January 8, 2016. Interviews were conducted with staff and records were reviewed relating to the allegation of staff to children ratios. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation. The complaint is determined to be "not valid." There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
