Comments:

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 3/24/25. The on-site inspection began at 9:20am and ended at 10:15am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were two children present and one caregiver; the point total was five. The inspector reviewed two children?s records and five caregiver/household member records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
