An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 03/31/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:40 AM and ended at 11:55 AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were (#) children present and (#) caregivers; the point total was (#).
